This policy explains what personal information RASD AI collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply to you and to work with you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Who we are
This website is run by RASD AI, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). We decide how the information described here is used.

What we collect
Only what you send us:
- Through the contact form: your name, your organisation (optional), your email address and/or phone number, how you would like to start, and your message.
- Directly, by email, phone or WhatsApp: what you choose to write or say.
- Like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical details your browser sends (such as your IP address and browser type) and may keep them briefly in its server logs, for security and to keep the site running.
Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health details or identity documents) through the form.
What we do not collect
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads its fonts from our own server. Your visit is not reported to Google, Meta or any other third party. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your request and arrange a conversation, to prepare a proposal, to work with you if you become a client, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We process it because you asked us to contact you and, if you become a client, to carry out our agreement with you.
We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply to you and follow up, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as UAE law requires.
How we protect it
Information you send through the site travels over an encrypted connection. Inside RASD AI, only the people who need it to reply to you or to work on your project can see it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@ai-rasd.com and we will take care of your request.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority that applies to us in the UAE.
Children
This site is meant for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its date.
